Our firm has offices in Irvine, California (near the Irvine Spectrum) and Mission Viejo, California. We specialize in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, spousal support, interstate issues and division of property. We also have extensive experience in Probate Matters and Estate Planning, such as the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. We also specialize in Real Estate Law, including matters such as co-ownership disputes, escrows, deeds, boundary line issues, sales, leases, brokers, financing, short sales and tenancy.
Since 1987, Mr. Trace Alexander has served as a member of the Bar of the State of California. Mr. Alexander specializes in the fields of family law (divorce, custody, support, property matters) wills, trusts, probate business and real estate law. Mr. Alexander was an in-house attorney with the largest real estate title company in the nation for five years prior to opening up his own private practice, so he has particular background in all matters involving California real estate.
